Wixi offers you access to a huge community of media content such as videos, music and photos. All you need to do is create an account and start streaming.

Do I need to pay to use Wixi?
Yes. Since we offer an advanced and unique service, we charge a little fee for setting up an account.

Can I download or buy music in Wixi?
Yes, you can download all the content you previously uploaded or files shared with you by friends.

How safe and secure is my work?
Wixi uses industry-standard SSL security, similar to eCommerce sites, financial institutions, and other secure web-based (SaaS) software solutions. All of your data, including the hosted media files, are password-protected and require a login to access.
Additionally, a national IT service provider, in a certified safe and secure environment, hosts and backs up all of your data.

How does the 2-day FREE Trial work?
Wixi, Inc offers you a free, 2-day trial to evaluate the benefits of Wixi. No contracts. No fees. No problems. If you cancel anytime within 2 days of the start of your free trial, you will NOT be charged. For more details, see the Wixi billing policy.

Why do you need my credit card for a free trial?
For you to effectively evaluate the benefits of Wixi, we offer a free, no-risk 2-day trial. However, it costs us to provide the service, and we must limit the trial to one per qualified customer. Your valid credit card verifies you as a qualified, sincere customer. We do not charge your credit card when you sign-up for the trial; your number is merely verified as legitimate and approved.

Can I change plans at any time?
You can switch plans at any time. There are no contracts. To switch plans, go into your Wixi billing settings, and select the new plan you want.
Please Note: When you upgrade your plan, the cost difference between the plans is billed as an adjustment for the remainder of your existing billing cycle.
Having your credit card on file ensures uninterrupted service when your trial ends.

How do I cancel my account?
You can easily cancel your account by going to our unsuscribe page. Also, you can send us an email to support@wixi.com including your contact information and Wixi username or call us at +1 646 895 8379.

Why do I have to install Wixi?
No. Wixi is 100% web based, you don’t need to install anything else to use it.

On what platforms can I use Wixi?
You can use Wixi in Windows, Mac OS, Linux and even on mobile operating systems such as Apple Iphone.

Can I share music with my friends?
Yes, you can share all your media with your friends inside Wixi, and even embedding the content in blogs or other sites in a safe way.

How much disk space does Wixi use?
Nothing! Wixi is 100% web based, all your files will be storaged online without taking space of your hard drive.

What happens if I cancel my premium subscription?
Because we like our users enjoying Wixi forever, If you cancel your subscription your account will be automatically set up as a free account with 3 GB of free storage.

What countries is Wixi available in?
Wixi is available in any country over the world with no special restrictions.

I don’t have a Wixi account, can I buy a trial?
Yes! We offer a 2 day trial account for only $1.95. Just to make your things easier, your account will turn into a monthly subscription after those 2 days.

When will Wixi be available on my mobile phone or other platforms?
Right now at this moment, Wixi is available for the Iphone and any other platforms will be available soon.

Can I use Wixi to play music in my bar, restaurant, store, etc?
Yes, you can share your content with everyone, everywhere.

Problems

I have forgotten my password or username. Can you help me?
You can request a password reset, as long as you remember either the username or the email address you have supplied. If you need assistance, drop us a line to support@wixi.com

I can’t find a track, album or artist I’m looking for?
Since we are a community, our users are constantly uploading content, so If the file you are looking for isn’t in Wixi, just be patient and for sure it will.

What should I do if I find a bug?
If you find a bug you can write us an email to support@wixi.com , or report it to Wixihelp user (with Meebo chat). Also you can go to our forum

Music fast-forwards or jumps ahead when I play it, what can I do?
Please try reloading the page or check if your browser is working properly.

I can’t log in to Wixi
Make sure you are using an existing account, with a valid email address and password. Also, check if your browser is supported and if you are connected to the Internet.

My playlists are not loading, what can I do?
Try reloading the page and make sure you are using a supported browser with the latest Flash Player version.
